1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tando Qaiser mobile applications and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tando Qaiser ("we," "our," or "us"). We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services following any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Services.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account using third-party authentication providers (such as Google or Apple Sign-In). When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, false, or violates these Terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through our Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with providing and improving our Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content), are owned by Tando Qaiser and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Services may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, services, or applications (including OAuth providers like Google and Apple). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Services at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TANDO QAISER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tando Qaiser and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

You may also terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Services and contacting us to request account deletion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts located in Pakistan.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tando Qaiser regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
